Giperglobus invites all companies and organisations that may be interested to participate in shopping area development projects in GLOBUS hypermarket locations. Every project means that major specialised shopping facilities (such as groceries, DIY, electronics and home appliances, multi-purpose shopping centres, etc.) will be located on land belonging to our company and will complement each other, forming a regional scale multifunctional shopping area.
Giperglobus has prepared a draft concept for each shopping area with proposed layout of facilities. Grocery trade will be represented in the shopping area by a GLOBUS hypermarket with a total area of 20,000 to ü The entire investment project will be sold, which means that the rights to the entire land and available infrastructure as well as the development rights will be transferred to the investor.
In this case, the investor will provide financing to build all facilities within the shopping area and will then lease or sell the facilities to other companies.

In this case, an investor acquires a land parcel allocated for a particular facility and provides financing to build the facility. When such a parcel is allocated to an investor, the rights to connect to utilities will pass to the investor to the extent required for the functioning of the facility.
